• Maintenance & Projects

Posidacious Maintenance & Projects carries out reactive and preventative maintenance on residential properties in the Plymouth (UK) area.

    Maintenance

Letting agents, private landlords and property management businesses use us for maintenance on their rental properties, both residential and student houses. From small jobs such as lock changes, through to complete refurbishment to prepare the property for rental.

Rates vary dependent on the work required, so please feel free to get in touch with us to discuss your work or project.

    Projects

Posidacious can also carry out larger maintenance projects such as might be required on blocks of flats. Have a look at the Barncott project listed below in the Recent/Current Work section on this page.

    Personnel Setup

We have several key team members that serve to organise and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard and at acceptable costs.

    • Site Worker
The guys (or girls) that do the work - We have several small teams, each with between 2 and 6 people
    • Site Leader
One Site Leader for a minimum of one team. However, each Site Leader is capable of managing several projects at any given time
    • Liaison Officer
One Liaison Officer communicates with each team member as to their availability and deals with any questions or comments that need to be fed back to the Project Manager
    • Project Manager
There are two Project Managers. Paul and Jonathan communicate with the client on quotes, availability of our teams and are therefore the main point of contact with the client

Each team assigned to a project has a Team Leader (to ensure work on site is carried out as per the plan), a Liaison Officer (communicates with the team and Project Manager regarding matters arising), and a Project Manager (either Paul or Jonathan) who liaises with the customer on project quotes and costs.
